Industry-wide Enhancement Scheme

The project implementation agent will perform gap analysis and provide recommendations for 15 representable local medical device companies. By reviewing procedural documents and conducting on-site visits for the compliance of the processes, including production, process validation, quality check, warehousing, etc., the project team will transfer know-how and identify specific short-falls against the new standard requirements to the participating companies.
